Blast hoses
The transport of the abrasive jet from the blast machine to the blast nozzles goes through the hose. Because of the abrasive characteristics of the abrasive medium and the friction on the wall of the blast hose, the hoses can be worn out, which is quite an expense, but which can be easily reduced by using a quality hose from our programme. The advantages of our hoses are extreme smoothness of the inner walls (smaller friction - lower wearing out), small specific weight, extreme flexibility and electrostatic solidness (reduced chance of electrostatic strokes on the worker). All these elements create a quality hose, which eases the work and increases the efficiency.
Blast nozzles
You cannot avoid the wear of the nozzles, but you can reduce it to a minimum with the use of hight quality nozzles from our programme. Preliminary condition for the highest economy is to keep the optimum opening as long as possible, and we can only achieve this by using BORON CARBIDE and TUNSTEN CARBIDE nozzles.
Boron carbide nozzles are made of a material, which is the second hardest material after diamond and is acquired from the boron ore. By reduction with carbon we get boron carbide in tetraeder crystal shape, which crystals are so hard, that they can destroy a diamond. By sintering it at extremely high temperature and high pressure in the mould (made from pure carbon) it is easy to create any requested shape of a blast nozzle.
Boron carbide nozzles are in a protective ALU housing The dimensions are o 4, o 5, o 6, o 7, o 8 and o 10 mm, the length of the nozzle is 85 mm, the lifetime is over 400 working hours with corindon. Lifetime of Boron carbide nozzles can be prolongated (at least for 2-3x) with the use of Boron carbide front nozzles.
Tungsten carbide nozzles are in a protective plastic housing with a rough coil. The dimensions are o 6, o 8, o 10 and o 12 mm, the length of the nozzle is 140 mm, their lifetime is approx. 150-200 working hours with corindon.

Hose connection parts
A big problem in sandblasting can be the quality connection of sandblast hoses, either between them or to a blast machine. The ideal junction must suit the following demands:
- quick montage,
- simple and quick connecting and disconnecting of the junction,
- possibility of reducing the hose through the junction,
- air-tight sealing of the junction,
- non-reduced diameter of the hose opening,
- undisturbed air flow and flow of the abrasive medium,
- long life expectancy,
- advantageous price.
All the demands can be satisfied with hose connection parts CQP from our programme. All the connection parts are made of high quality plastic and can suit the most demanding working conditions. They are supplied with a seal, a metal fuse and fixing screws.

Injector
In injector sandblasting systems a negative pressure is created in the blast nozzle, and that negative pressure is pulling the abrasive medium from the collector into the blast gun. Air pressure in the gun pushes the sand through the nozzle and provides the kinetic energy. In injector blasting are mostly in use abrasive media with small specific weight (organic sand, corindon, glass beads, plastic grains). With a correct choice of nozzles, pressure and abrasive medium we achieve the wanted intensity of a continuous blasting.
Pressure
Pressure blasting is few times more efficient than injector blasting and it is mostly used for cleaning of massive items (moulds, welded pieces,...) or corroded profiles and also for hardening of surfaces (Shot Peening). The basic principle of pressure sandblasting is pushing the abrasive medium, which is in the pressure pot under pressure, into the flow of the compressed air, which projects the mixture of air and sand through the nozzle onto the workpiece.
SPECIAL EQUIPMENT FOR INNER BLASTING
- modern construction
- quality production
- great efficiency
- reliable work
- fast maintenance and spare parts
In the modern world pipes of different dimensions are used as a transport mean for different energy suppliers such as gas, oil, etc. Most of the pipes are exposed to strong corrosion, so they need quality maintenance. Cleaning of the outer side of the pipes is not a problem. For simple inner cleaning a special sandblasting equipment is used, called HOLLO-BLAST or SPIN-BLAST, which is a very efficient system of blasting inner walls of pipes, if used with pressure machine type TZP.
GUNS AND NOZZLES FOR WET BLASTING
With wet blasting we avoid dusting, which is forbidden at blasting outside blast rooms because of health and ecological risks. The principle of wet blasting is, that the abrasive medium gets wet, before it exits from the blasting nozzle.
With moistening of the abrasive medium we avoid dusting, and the blast effect is just slightly reduced. Water is supplied into the abrasive jet under certain angle and from all sides through dosing head and with this it creates an injector principle of dosing. With microreducing valve we control the quantity of water in the abrasive jet.
