How we helped our customer to keep the business with Renault company?

In the automotive company Renault they have strict demands regarding the product surface. Their cooperators often have big troubels to qualify their standards.

One company had trouble with achieving the constant shine of the surface of the inner components of the vehicle. The elements were tested with electronic instruments and the surface did not suit their demands.

The problem was, that in serial production the original component had different shine than in production of smaller quantities.

We solved the problem by sandblasting the tools with a specific abrasive medium. For each tool we chose specific granulation and mixture of different media.

With our technical solution our customer could keep the existent position at Renault, because they can suit their requirements.
